Plain English Summary: Materials in original unopened condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days with the original bill. Any physical transit damage must be notified within 48 hours.
1. 7-Day Exchange Window
Unused, uninstalled electrical switches, sanitary fittings, and standard pipe fittings in their original manufacturer packaging are eligible for store exchange or credit within 7 calendar days of invoice date.
2. Damage Inspection on Delivery
Contractors and homeowners must inspect ceramic basins, water closets, and water tanks upon truck delivery. In the rare event of transit crack or breakage, report within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Goods
Custom-cut wire lengths, pipe sections cut to size, and specially ordered non-stock tile batches cannot be returned once dispatched.
