1. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms of Service govern your interaction with Malabar Traders (GSTIN: 32KMAPM5756B1Z6). By generating a WhatsApp estimate or placing a purchase order, you agree to these provisions under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Pricing & Market Quotations

Building materials (pipes, cables, brass fittings, sanitaryware) fluctuate according to commodity rates. Estimates generated via the Project Cart represent indicative showroom rates valid at the time of WhatsApp dispatch.

3. Warranties & Trademarks

Manufacturer warranties (Somany, RAK, Havells Crabtree, Astral) are provided directly by brand manufacturers. All brand logos are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

4. Governing Law

All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ponnani / Malappuram District, Kerala.
